Eelo and Ider offers Free delivery to Uk via Royal Mail. Ready made items are dispatched within 1- 2 working days and should arrive within 1-3 working days following dispatch. If you are local to East Sussex, please contact me if you’d like to pick your item up. If you would like a special next day delivery service please contact me for a quote.

I often reuse boxes and packaging in an effort to reduce waste as much as possible, your item is just as special even if it is not in a brand new box.

International Delivery

All international orders are posted Royal Mail recorded delivery. Prices vary depending on the country and should be calculated at the checkout. If your Country is not listed please send me an email and I will obtain a shipping quote. We will send you an email with the tracking number once your item has been dispatched.

I am unable to provide customs and import duty taxes as these are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

I hope that you love your textile delights, but if you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and we can arrange a return and refund or an exchange.

Please return your unwashed and unused item within 14 days of receiving the item. Tracking is recommended as Eelo and Ider cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
